Delivery Service
Full payment for all our product items must be made before we organize delivery. Delivery and assembly fees and estimated times will depend on where your furniture would be delivered to and the size and structure of furniture itself. You must ensure correct delivery address details are provided to us. We will use all reasonable endeavors to meet the delivery date on the nominated day. Generally, when more than one item is ordered, all items will be delivered at the same time.
Huge number of furniture items have been in our superstore so that we could organize delivery for you as quickly as possible and offer you the broadest choice of furniture possible without the long delays as well. Usually, we would organize delivery for you once we have a complete quality check done.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please review the following delivery policies:
1) We will attempt to contact you by phone 48 hours before delivery to confirm your delivery.
2) Deliveries usually begin at 10:00 am and continue until all scheduled deliveries for that day are complete.
3) A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment. You are responsible for organizing collection from the address identified by us if delivery cannot be made because an appropriate person is not present.
4) Rooms should be cleared in preparation for your furniture delivery. In addition, driveways and walkways should be cleared to accept delivery (i.e. remove snow and ice). Please be sure there is a clear path from the point of entry to your home to the room where your new furniture will be placed.
5) Due to health and safety regulations, our workers cannot remove their safety work boots. Please ensure your floors are properly protected. Due to liability issues, we cannot move your existing furniture or any electronics, TVs, or computers.
We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Every effort is made to make deliveries at the time arranged. However when making hundreds of deliveries every week, the difficulties caused by traffic congestion and weather conditions (including snow, ice, wind, rain and flood) can sometimes cause delays to these schedules. We regret we cannot compensate customers for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We would highly appreciate your cooperation and patience at all times. Where we are unable to deliver the items to yourself in a reasonable time, we will always keep you informed.
